On perusal of this writ petition it appears that against the grievance of Negative Blocking in Electronic Credit Ledger of the petitioner , petitioner has filed a representation on 28th December, 2022 being annexure P/5 to the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 1302 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 28th December, 2022 in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or

its authorised representatives, within seven working days from the date of communication of this order. Petitioner shall be entitled to rely on the documents annexed to this writ petition at the time of hearing before the authority concerned.
