Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that the petitioner has residing separately from the husband and that the petitioner has falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. Considering the fact that the husband is still absconding and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 367 of 2022, is rejected.
