Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner was last seen with the victim. The investigation is still continuing.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that police are investigating the case under Sections 302/201 and 34 of the IPC and considering the fact that petitioner was last seen with the victim, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

CRM(A) 370 of 2022 is dismissed.
