It is submitted de-facto complainant did not identify him. There is slow progress in the trial. He prays for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State submits trial has progressed considerably. Other witnesses have identified the petitioner. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was identified by some of the witnesses. Trial is in progress. Delay is due to adjournment sought for on behalf of the accused. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
