1. In view of our earlier order, supplementary affidavit of compliance is filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor no. 1 is taken on record. It appears that the reasoned order passed duly explained in paragraph 4 of the said affidavit of compliance drawing attention to the issues addressed in the reasoned order.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the contempt application being CPAN 122 of 2024 is disposed of. However, we have not gone into the merits of the order. It will be open to the petitioner to challenge the said order in an appropriate proceeding.

3. There is an inadvertent error in the order dated 25th July, 2023 passed in FMA 21 of 2019. In the said order in page no. 5 in the last but one paragraph it has been inadvertently typed

"Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed" instead of "Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of". It should read as Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

4. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 25th July, 2023.

5. The server copy shall be corrected accordingly.

6. The other portion of the order dated 25th July, 2023 shall remain unaltered.
