Due to inadvertence and typographical mistake, the "Title Suit No. 38 of 2006" appearing in the 6th line of page No. 1 at 1st paragraph and 5th line of page 18 at 35th paragraph of judgment dated 14th May, 2024 has been wrongly typed instead of the "Title Suit No. 38 of 1987". Let the corrections be incorporated and be made part of the judgment dated 14th May, 2024 and other portion of the said judgment shall remain unaltered.
