The simple prayer of the petitioner is this that his representation through his learned advocate dated 27th November, 2020, which is annexure 'P-5' of the writ application, be considered by the Sub-Divisional controller, Food & Supply Department, Domkal in the district of Murshidabad.

I have found that the petitioner is apprehending that a person who is not her brother is spreading news that after the death of the petitioner's mother, he will get the MR Dealer license and the petitioner being a helpless lady is feeling very threatened by the action of the private respondent being respondent no. 7.

I direct the concerned Sub-Divisional Controller, Food and Supply being the respondent no. 4 to look into the matter and, if necessary, give opportunity of hearing to the parties and make a decision on this within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order and to intimate the decision to the respective parties. It is made clear that no restraining order is being passed by this Court in this matter.

With this observation, this writ application is disposed of without any order as to costs.

As no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, the allegations made against the respondent-State authorities are deemed to have been denied.
