He renews his prayer for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C implicates the petitioner. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits in August 2022. There is no change in circumstance since then. Date has been fixed for consideration of charge.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
