Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as in spite of informing the police authorities regarding the excesses inflicted by the private respondents, no action has been taken. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Raidighi P.S. Case No.16 of 2025 dated 11.01.2025 and Raidighi P.S. Case No.19 of 2025 dated 13.01.2025 have been registered for investigation on the basis of the complaint of the present petitioner.

In view of the police already having taken steps against the delinquent, primary purpose for which the petitioner approached this Court has been

sub-served. Police would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace takes place or any untoward incident results because of strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1501 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
