Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

The materials in the case diary suggest that money with regard to mobile tower erection was parked in the account belonging to the proprietorship firm of the petitioner. Pursuant to an order passed by the Coordinate Bench, police complaints relating to mobile tower erection frauds are required to be investigated into by a specialized agency. In the facts of the present case, considering the complicity of the petitioner and the gravity of the offence, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 276 of 2023 is dismissed.
