JM, 10th Court, Alipore.

Ld. advocate for the petitioner submits that the application for interim monetary relief is still pending and the petitioner is facing stringent financial circumstances. According to the ld. advocate, written objection is yet to be filed by the o.p.

In view of the submissions so advanced by the ld. advocate for the petitioner, I direct the Ld. Magistrate to insist on filing the written objection on 13th April, 2024 and give a last opportunity to file the same by 15th of April, 2024.

Two weeks' time be granted to the petitioner to file the reply and/or exception to the said written objection.

Let the matter be listed before the ld. trial court within 15th of April, 2024 and the interim prayers be considered by the ld. Magistrate on the said date. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 260 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
