dismissed submits that the petitioners are in custody for more than 2 years 2 months and charges have been framed but there is no scope of the trial being concluded in near future, as such, the petitioners may be released on bail.

Learned advocate for the de facto complainant as well as the State opposes the prayer for bail.

I find from the records that there are 6 to 7 witnesses who are vulnerable witnesses. Let the said witnesses be completed by 8th May, 2026.

Petitioners would renew their prayer for bail after the aforesaid time period is over.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM(M) 213 of 2026 is dismissed at this stage.
