We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim implicates the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault. Delay is due to change of counsel. Vulnerable witness is yet to be examined. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. Trial court shall ensure quick completion of trial. Petitioner shall co-operate with the trial.
