Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner stands implicated in an incident of banking fraud meted out by a Jamtara Gang on the virtual platform. The investigations are yet to be concluded.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 283 of 2023 is dismissed.
