Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact since the proceedings are pending before the LRTT, in the meantime the BL & LRO are distributing the land thereby attempting to make the litigation pending before the LRTT infructuous.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that earlier Title Suit No. 231 of 1977 was filed. Over this issue OA No. 592 of 2024 has been also preferred before the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

Having considered the fact that the Officers of the Land Department are involved, I do not find any issue regarding involvement of police authorities

in respect of the grievance of the petitioner to be addressed.

Petitioner submits that in the month of February, 2025 date has been fixed before the tribunal, if so advised, petitioner would canvass his grievance before the said forum.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 1405 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
