1. By way of filing this writ petition the petitioners allege that there is unauthorized construction made by the private respondent, namely, the seventh respondent. The petitioner would admit that already a representation was considered and action has been taken by the ninth respondent and the proceedings have been initiated.

2. In the light of the above, we direct the ninth respondent to issue notice to the private respondent, conduct an enquiry and conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible but not later than three weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
