Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the complainant has already withdrawn the case before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur. In view of the aforesaid, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not inclined to proceed with the instant revisional application along with the connected application.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 127 of 2021 along with CRAN 1 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
