1. Nobody appears for the petitioner nor has any accommodation been prayed for.

2. Ms. Chatterjee, learned Advocate appears for the respondent no. 19 and states that the present writ petition has become infructuous, inasmuch as the prayer for setting aside the election of the Kandi Municipality has already been conducted afresh on March 22, 2025.

3. A copy of the minutes of the meeting evidencing such proceedings, as produced by Ms. Chatterjee, is kept on record.

4. In view of the aforestated, the writ petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed.
