Considering the said fact and the present case which was filed for quashing of a proceeding under Sections 323, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and considering the offence alleged therein, the materials on record, the prayer of the petitioners is allowed. The petitioners are hereby permitted to withdraw the case and the present revisional application is accordingly, disposed of being withdrawn/nonprosecution. Learned counsel for the State to inform the concerned authority about the status of the case. All connected application stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
