We have considered the materials on record.

Victim is a dumb girl. She had been forcibly raped. Her statement was recorded with the aid of an interpreter. 3.

In view of gravity of offence and the materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
