Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Report reflects that the private respondent nos.5 and 6 have removed two of the loud speakers, but one sound system operating box is there.

However, respondent nos.5 and 6 being a religious organization must live up to the expectations and should not cause any inconvenience to the neighbouring people.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that two of the loud speakers have been removed. However, there are sound systems which are existing. Be that as it may, police authorities would only see that if the decibel limit is exceeded/violated

which has been fixed by the West Bengal Pollution Control Board, in that case, the police authorities would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1505 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
