The learned advocate for the husband submits that an application for amendment of pleadings is pending. It is further submitted that no application for maintenance pendente lite has been separately filed as yet. On the other hand, an application for amendment, with a claim for maintenance has been filed.

Under such circumstances, this court is unable to ascertain the exact position of the proceedings. The parties are at liberty to pray for expeditious disposal of the proceeding, in accordance with law, before the learned court below.

Let a copy of the revisional application be served upon Mr. Shivam Saha, learned advocate who has represented the husband before this court, in course of the day.
