Records reflect that the representation was made on or about 27.07.2022 with the Inspector-incharge, Maheshtala Police Station. The same was in respect of breaking the padlock of the grandmother of the petitioner and removal of valuables including jewellery and cash.

Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State. Prima facie from the averments made in the writ petition as well as the representation it seems to be a family dispute. Having considered that more than two and a half years have passed since the representation was made, if the petitioner if so advised she will approach the jurisdictional court with prayers for necessary reliefs.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 1294 of 2024 is disposed of.
