Learned advocate for the petitioner has drawn the 08.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.174 Rakib attention of the Court to the enclosures.

Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 5 to 7 is present.

I have considered the grievance of the petitioner which relates to incident of 28.10.2022.

Having considered that more than two and half years have passed since the representation was addressed to the Officer-in-Charge, Shyampukur Police Station, I am of the opinion that if there are no change of circumstances and the petitioner is faced with similar inconveniences, he would inform the same police station. The concerned Officer-in-Charge will consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. In case within a fortnight the petitioner do not find that any steps have been taken he would be at liberty to approach the

Jurisdictional Magistrate by invoking relevant provisions of law. Learned Magistrate would assess the accusations made by the petitioner and ascertain whether a case is made out and thereafter pass necessary directions in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 1321 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
