Mr. Arun Naskar, Advocate ......for the Applicant This matter has come up at the instance of the applicant for correction of an order dated 24.03.2023 wherein the name of the applicant has been wrongly typed as 'Sudip Ghosh' instead of 'Soudip Ghosh'.

Such mistake being apparent and ministerial in nature, let the correction be made accordingly. This order shall be read along with the order dated 24.03.2023.
