Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor/respondent has placed before this Court an affidavit of compliance of the order dated 4th December, 2025 passed in WPA 20971 of 2025. It is submitted that the above affidavit is being filed in terms of the order dated 27th March, 2026.

By placing before this Court the affidavit of compliance, which is taken on record, it is submitted that the death certificate as directed has already been issued. The copy of the death certificate in Form 6 issued under Section 12/17 of the Registration of Births & Deaths Act, 1969 and Rule 8/13 of the West Bengal Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 2000, in respect of the deceased

CPAN 74 of 2026 Gour Baran Mukherjee, who died on 17th December, 2024, at the age of 69 years, has been enclosed. 3.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is also present in Court.
