The petitioner appeared in the two year D.El.Ed Course (ODL Mode) in the year 2012-2014 session. He submits that he also appeared in the NIOS examination for upgradation of his marks in the Higher Secondary examination.

Presently, his prayer is for a direction upon the District Primary School Council, Dakshin Dinajpur for issuance of the mark-sheet and certificate of the two year D.El.Ed Course (ODL Mode) in the 2012-2014 session.

The petitioner has made a representation before the Chairman, District Primary School Council,

Dakshin Dinajpur on 12th August 2020 and alleges that the same has not been considered till date.

As it appears that the representation of the petitioner praying for issuance of mark-sheet and certificate of the aforesaid course is pending consideration at the end of the Chairman of the Council, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.4 being the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Dakshin Dinajpur to take steps to hand over the mark-sheet and certificate of the petitioner at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of his representation dated 12th August, 2020 along with all supporting documents in connection with his examination to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of this Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
