Petitioner has restricted his submission for expeditious disposal of C. Case No.820 of 2019. The said case is under the relevant provisions of PWDV Act, an amount was awarded by the learned Magistrate which was affirmed by the learned sessions judge in its revisional application. Learned advocate has restricted his prayer that the petitioner intends to participate in the trial and rebut the allegations made in the complaint case. Accordingly, the learned Magistrate will fix at least one date in every 45 days so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. No unnecessary adjournment should be granted to either of the parties. All efforts be taken by the stakeholders to conclude the trial at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 266 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
