The necessary appointment has been accorded. A copy of compliance report has also been handed over to Mr.

Prahlad Chandra Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

On perusal, he has also confirmed the compliance before this Court.

In view of the above, nothing further remains in the contempt proceeding.

Accordingly, CPAN 32 of 2011 stands dropped.

The application stands disposed of.
