It appears that after almost 20 years in service, in the year 2015 the appellant applied for correction of death of birth on the basis of a certificate issued by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation dated July 10, 2001 certifying that she was born on 14th June, 1966. On the basis of such information as available on record, we feel that there is no reason to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge.

Accordingly, the appeal and the application are dismissed. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.) (Soumen Sen, J.)
