It appears from the record that in this writ petition petitioner had challenged Section 4 of the West Bengal Tax on Entry of Goods Into Local Areas Act, 2012. This Act has been now included in the Schedule to the West Bengal Tax Tribunal and in view of this fact, department is directed to transmit the record of this case to the West Bengal Taxation Tribunal.

Accordingly WPA No. 553 of 20217 stands disposed of.
