Petitioner complains of post-bail misconduct of the private opposite parties as also an incorrect police case number in the order granting anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the private opposite parties submits that the trial commenced.

July 3, 2023 is the date fixed for recording the evidence of the prosecution.

Private opposite parties complied with the order of conditions of the order granting anticipatory bail.

There is a typographical error in the order dated November 29, 2021. There is an error apparent on the face of the record in the order dated November 29, 2021 granting anticipatory bail to the private opposite parties.

The Police Station Case Number be corrected to be 513 instead of 523 of 2021.

Department will incorporate such correction in the order dated November 29, 2021 passed in CRM 7258 of 2021.

The post-bail misconduct of the private parties remains unsubstantiated.

The date for recording the evidence of the prosecution is fixed on July 3, 2023.

In such circumstances, we find no reason to cancel the anticipatory bail granted.

C.R.M. (DB) 228 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the trial should be expedited.

In view of such submission, no adjournment on any ground whatsoever be granted to the petitioner by the learned Trial Judge. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
