Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is an order under Section 144

(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code dated January 8, 2021 directing the parties not to change the nature and character of the immovable property.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the police received a complaint dated January 13, 2021 which was treated as a First Information Report and on conclusion of investigation, a charge sheet was submitted. The police also received a complaint from the petitioner by post. Such complaint was registered as a First Information Report and a police personal was endorsed to investigate the case. The police submitted a prayer before the jurisdictional court for tagging the complaint of the petitioner with the earlier charge sheet as the complaint of the petitioner was found identical in nature. Such prayer of tagging was allowed by the Jurisdictional

Court. So far as the order under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code is concerned, the police inquired into the same and submitted a report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. The police are keeping a close vigil on the locality to maintain peace.

The police acting in the manner as noted above, further interference of the writ court is not called for.

WPA 1600 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
