Records reveal that in the writ petition, placing reliance upon a Government order dated 9th October, 1964, the appellants were claiming that the Balsevika Training Certificate obtained by them is equivalent to the Training Certificate recognized in the statutory Rules, 2001.

The said Government order dated 9th October, 1964 has already lost its force and new Rules have come into effect.

In view thereof, the appeal and the connected application have become infructuous and the same are, accordingly, dismissed.
