The matter has appeared in the list under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' for correction of the order dated 09.01.2026.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that at the time of hearing it was inadvertently mentioned that the petitioner sought transfer on spouse medical ground. The petitioner actually seeks general transfer. 3.

In view of the above, the words 'spouse medical ground' appearing in paragraph 2 of the said order shall stand deleted. Paragraph 4 of the said order shall also be deleted.

The order dated January 9, 2026 is corrected accordingly. Remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

Let this order be read along with the order dated January 9, 2026.
