In view of the above this writ petition being WPA No. 323 of 2019 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
