This writ petition has been filed against nonconsideration and sitting over the representation dated 27th February 2017 being Annexure - P5 to the writ petition of the petitioner making claim for certain service benefit referred in the said representation. On perusal of the writ petition and considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Hooghly/respondent no. 4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation being Annexure - P5 to the writ petition within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her authorized representative and communicate its decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

WPA 184 of 2018 is disposed of.
