The learned Counsel representing the appellants has submitted that the appellants are no more willing to proceed with the appeals and both the letters of instruction to that effect dated 17th November, 2022 signed by the appellants are produced before this Court. The learned Counsel for the respondent is present and does not oppose such prayer.

Under such circumstances, both the appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution.

All interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

L.C.R., if arrived, shall be immediately sent down to the learned Trial Court.

The original letters of instruction are kept with the record.
