The instant matter has been placed before this Court on account of typographical error as occurred in page no.4 of the order dated 22nd November, 2022 as passed in this case. It reveals from the second paragraph of page no.4 of the aforesaid order, it has been written thus: "C.O. 108 of 2001 is, thus, disposed of." The above quoted sentence be replaced with thus: "C.O. 107 of 2019 is, thus, disposed of." Similarly, in the third paragraph of page no.4, the words "C.O. 108 of 2021 is to be read as "C.O. 108 of 2019."

Department is directed to keep photocopies of this order in the case record of C.O. 108 of 2019 and C.O. 109 of 2019 for future reference.

It is once again made clear that by order dated 22nd November, 2022, as passed in C.O. 107 of 2019, C.O. 108 of 2019 and C.O. 109 of 2019 have already been disposed of by a common judgement analogously.
