This is an application for expeditious hearing of Title Suit No.231 of 2018 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Barrackpore. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite party.

From the order-sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that 23rd of April, 2025 was fixed for hearing of the injunction application. In the event, the injunction application is still pending, the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Barrackpore is requested to take up the hearing of the injunction application on next date fixed and to make an endeavour to see that Title Suit No.231 of 2018 is disposed of as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of

the parties. After disposal of the connected applications, the learned Trial Judge is requested to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

With the above observation, C.O. 208 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
