Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State authority submits that the selection process is yet to be concluded.

Considering the submission of the State respondent, it appears to me that the instant writ petition is pre-matured one.

The right of the present petitioner has not ripened is not re-open yet.

Under the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of as pre-matured one.
