The respondent no.3 in compliance with the order passed by this court on 22nd February, 2021 read with the order passed on 16th March, 2021 has paid the petitioner second and final installment amounting to Rs. 4,41,500/- (Four Lakh Forty One Thousand Five Hundred Only) which the petitioner has received as has been submitted by Mr. Anant Shaw, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Therefore, no dispute is subsisting in respect of the matter and this matter is disposed of.

Learned advocate for the respondent no.3 submits that new management of the company do not know anything about this particular petitioner and this payment should not create any precedent in respect of other persons. Such submission is accepted.

As the petitioner has already submitted one indemnity bond to the respondent no.3 on the basis of which the whole amount of money of Rs. 10,00,000/- (tax has been deducted) no further claim in the name of the petitioner whatever be the spelling of his name will be entertained by the respondent no.3.

The documents showing payment of the second and final installment be kept on record.
