Earlier directions reflect that Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) Nos. 1620-1621 of 2021 pertaining to another accused viz. Anup Majee was pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and on such grounds since the year 2022, the application for cancellation of bail has been deferred. No information has been furnished before this Court regarding the outcome of the said case whether the same is pending or has been disposed of. Primarily it seems that the applicant is not interested to pursue with the application till disposal of the issues pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Accordingly, I direct that this application being CRM(DB) 231 of 2022 be disposed of with liberty to file fresh application after the verdict of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) Nos. 1620-1621 of 2021. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
