And In Re : Sri Pradip Das ...... petitioner Mr. Sanjib Bandapadhyay Ms. Sudipa Banerjee Mr. Manoj Kumar Mandal ...for the petitioner Mr. Bitasak Banerjee ...for the State Mr. Kallol Mondal ...for the defacto-complainant Order dated January 25, 2024 is mentioned at the behest of the petitioner. It is pointed out that inadvertently Section 4 of the POCSO Act was added in the opening paragraph of the order.

The error is apparent from the face of the record. Consequently, the words "and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act" be deleted from the order dated January 25, 2024. The department will incorporate the necessary correction in such order.
