The matter relates to child care leave and thereafter regularising the period of leave of the petitioner and her joining in the school.

In the meantime she has joined the school but the question of child care leave and the regularisation of the leave of the petitioner are questions. In this regard by a reply to show-cause dated 15.12.2017 the petitioner gave in detail all her difficulties. In such circumstances I direct the District Inspector of Schools to hold a meeting with the administrator or the Secretary and the Teacher-incharge of the school along with the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order and to take a decision in respect of the two

questions which are still remaining unresolved as has been indicated above.

With this direction, this writ application is disposed of.
