Victim was a minor. She left behind a suicide note implicating both the petitioners. The suicide note suggests that the victim was pregnant. Post mortem report tends to corroborate such claim.

Considering the materials in the case diary, gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein notwithstanding the police filing charge sheet, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
