Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Injury report discloses internal injury in the brain which is grievous in nature. Statements of witnesses disclose petitioners had participated in the assault. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
