She prays for a direction upon the respondent West Bengal Board of Primary Education to provide photocopy of the OMR Sheet (digitized data) along with the marks scored by her in the written examination of TET-2014.

Learned advocate representing the Board submits, upon instruction, that the OMR sheets (digitized data) shall be supplied to the petitioner immediately upon verification and scrutiny of the documents submitted by the petitioner before the Board.

It has been submitted that the process will take some time and immediately after the scrutiny is over the data shall be forwarded to the petitioner upon payment of necessary charges.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition.

The Board shall take immediate steps for supplying the data as sought for by the petitioner on payment of necessary charges.

Writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
