In spite of service, petitioner is not represented. On earlier occasion petitioner was also not represented. I have reason to believe that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the present application. The revisional application, being C.O. 102 of 2021 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. Learned Trial Court is directed to make every endeavour for expeditious disposal of the suit. There will be no order as to costs.
