The Inspector-in-Charge, Kakdwip PS has categorically stated that there is no law and order issue involved at there but if any complaint is received from any corner then action will be taken as per law.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is apprehending breach of the peace. The writ petition was initiated in the year 2021. Almost three years have passed since the initiation of the writ petition. Accordingly, until and unless fresh situation so demands the police authorities will not be bound to take steps as has been reported by the Inspector-in-Charge, Kakdwip Police Station. If situation so demands the police would act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA No. 1623 of 2021 is disposed of.

Connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
